Tegan and Sara

Tegan and Sara Quin (nascidas em Alberta - Canadá, em 19 de setembro de 1980) são gêmeas idênticas. Inicialmente chamavam PLUNK, passando mais tarde para "Tegan and Sara" nome sob o qual ganharam uma competição "Garagem Warz" em sua cidade natal. Pouco depois, elas assinaram com a gravadora Vapor Records, e lançaram o primeiro álbum "Under Feet Like Ours" (como "Sara and Tegan", e em edições posteriores como "Tegan and Sara"). Desde então, as duas fizeram numerosas turnês, tocando com grandes artistas como Rufus Wainwright, Ryan Adams, Ben Folds, The Pretenders, The Killers, Weezer, Little Birdy e Neil Young. O "The Con" (último álbum de estúdio) foi co-produzido por Chris Walla (Death Cab for Cutie) em seu estudio de Portland (OR) e demonstra uma clara evolução na sua música.
